Trollorist is back and back to her old tricks

Despite having a little vacation at the beginning of the month, for 2 weeks, as soon as she got back, she was sending emails and restarting up to her usually tricks.  Apparently she is back to cherry picking the laws as well, since she is posting that no one has permission to post anything and we are in violation of HIPAA and PIPEDA laws.  Those would be the laws that govern agencies and organizations, for anyone not familiar with them.  HIPAA governs how your medical information is to be handled by medical professionals, and PIPEDA pertains to how information is gathered and where it can be used, basically.  That is the base layman's explanation, without going into too many details.  Those laws those are only for corporations, agencies, organizations, etc.  They do not and cannot be applied to individuals, however.  She's also trying to apply the wiretap laws to everyone, including this forum, claiming that according to PA's privacy laws, we are not permitted to record her in any way.  The problem with that is, no one here is from PA, which Emily has repeatedly pointed out and the wiretap law just applies to Emily.  On top of that, there is also the pesky matter that Emily loves to post everything about herself, including her own medical records, publicly.  She posts up on Twitter, Facebook, and her blog, which are all set to be viewed by anyone.  No one has ever had to hack or do anything illegal, to get the images that we show here in this forum.  It's all a matter of public record, thanks to her setting all of her accounts to publicly be viewed, including her timeline and feeds.







She claims to know everyone's law but it's obvious she didn't bother really reading anything and just used the parts that she liked. Note to Emily: The law doesn't work that way dear.

We know she doesn't have PTSD, since she was basing that claim on being molested when she was younger and it's been established 100% that that was a lie. As for bipolar and schizophrenia, we know she is hiding being a sociopath, so the doctors are coming up with a diagnosis on what SHE wants them to see and she's hiding the rest of it. We know she has velocardiofacial syndrome, also known as DeGeorge syndrome, but while she's screaming that she has no mental issues, she's also been a frequent flyer over in the Psychiatric ward this year. She has been howling about having 22Q11 Deletion syndrome, which I do believe and that is also marked with mental illness issues. It comes with side effects like lower cognitive development, and issues with speech and feeding problems. Since they first discovered it, they have made remarkable findings regarding this issue. They have noted that it involves not just the face but it does affect the immune system, the endocrine system, and the neurological system (brain control issues, like speech, learning, hearing and moods). Thanks to Emily's own big mouth, she's confirmed, on different occasions that she suffers from cardio issues, which is a known issue for that condition, along with hearing issues, immunity issues, gastrointestinal issues, and mental disorders. Once more, thanks to her, she posted up her own medical records, including what she is suppose to be taking.

Since this is publicly viewable, I did block the name out, so the bog hag can't complain. The Evidence locker though is another story and that is not viewable to anyone not signed in.



This is seriously hilarious, since everyone knows Emily loves to block people all the time, especially when they are telling the truth about what a malicious, vile, creepy, and predatory person she is. If blocking someone makes them a coward, I guess that makes you the biggest coward of them all Emily, since you do it all the time. Hypocrite there, much?

We are back to her old games with names again.  She's flipped her name, changing it to DefyingGravity Again, probably because too many people have gotten to know EruzaArto as a drama llama, a trouble maker, and batshit crazy.  



Here is the sad part of all of this. While the rest of the world, including the Dibney Cru were concentrating on Christmas and our loved ones, this one was too busy trying to come up with more ways to try to cause drama and try to gaslight more people. I was too busy, personally, putting together massive dessert platters, making a couple of extra pies and getting gifts together to drop off, to even worry about what some bog hag was trying to do. Emily's life may revolve around the members of the Dibney Cru but I assure you, our lives do not revolve around her and yesterday was a great example of that. Bottom line though, it's sad and actually pathetic, since her own mental illness has effectively pushed her family away because she refuses to be honest and open enough to get the real help she needs.

We have all heard the Troll yelling that she is innocent and that she is just the sad victim of others, swearing that she hates drama and doesn't do well with it.  She's claimed that over and over until she's almost blue in the  face, screaming in verification videos and hate videos, defaming different people in those vids while proclaiming she's just misunderstood and people are taking what she says the wrong way.  The reality is, she is lying.  She fully knows what she is saying, how people are going to take what she says, and how she is creating drama.  She actively is attempting to gaslight people, with her posts and blogs and videos.  After dealing with her for over a year now, one thing is glaringly obvious; she's a narcissist, a pathological liar, and a suspected sociopath.  According to her own family, she has been diagnosed as being a sociopath and that she is actually trying to keep that little fact hidden from her medical team.  Moving to another state, her medical records obviously did not fully follow her and my thoughts are that was done on purpose, by the troll.  The one thing that is very clear is how she targets and preys on those she deems either as weaker than her, or those who stand up against her bullying tactics.  Lately, she's been doing after one of the members here because she can't bully her, since Kets has a support system in place, to help her deal with this lunatic.  



Back in October 2019, it was shit like this that she was pulling, that caused so much of a ruckus over on The Whisperer.  She attacked Kets then as well, trying to lie about why she was banned from Ketsui's sim.






If you are ever in doubt of her personality and how toxic and destructive she is, posts like the one from Reddit and Facebook, are prime examples of the type of predator Emily is. For the record, Ketsui doesn't talk or engage Emily, until Emily starts and that is only to defend herself. To date, to my knowledge, she hasn't said anything yet, it's solely the troll who is doing unprovoked attacks. If you want toxic, this person is highly toxic.

I'm well aware that Emily will sit there and, though she has no permission to post anything I say, she will break the privacy law of her state, and post private emails and IM's, no matter what she is told.  Therefore, before she posts a cropped and altered version of my latest email to her (other than blocking out my email and another person's email), I'm going to post it here, so there is evidence, which has not been altered, to show what kind of liar she really is.  



Please take note of the numbers on the left hand side.  Those are all emails that Emily has sent me in the last couple of months, over 2100 of them, all of them abusive, harassing, and threatening in some way.  She has been throwing emails at me, despite repeatedly sending her cease and desist ones back, which I can prove Emily so don't bother lying.  Oh yeah, I do own what I said to you and more.  I do hope you are finally caught committing welfare fraud and how you are sponging off of the gov't.  Go ahead, do the Findom thing and I'm more than happy to let the gov't know that you are doing it, with proof to show them, thanks to your own stupidity.

There are no words to her twisted mind.  She's on a rant because the name Emily Rose came up in an email from 2017.  So, she's ranting everywhere because of this stupid email she found from 3 years ago...Yup, she needs her medications to be seriously upped or all of this is just for attention.  I'm going to go with she is desperate for attention and that is the reason she has literally spent all of New Years Day, screaming and raving about this imaginary scam, while the rest of us were celebrating and enjoying a new year.  I guess that is what happens Emily when you harass, stalk, SWAT, lie, and defame your own family the way you have, you end up totally alone.  Serves you right and may you have many more lonely days ahead of you for being such an evil and twisted person.

There is a brand new blog up now, which I will be creating a new file area for, over in the Evidence Locker but some of the shit that is coming out of her pie hole, I finally have to say something about.  I think I should start first with the fact that Emily's claims about Emily Rose and some scam is patently false.  The entire thing is fake from her.  She's doing it right now for attention and partly because she is delusional, as well.  It appears that back in 2017, there was an email that contained the name, someone talking in a conversation, with someone using the display name Emily Rose.  Of course, according to Emily, everything is always about her, no matter how much it didn't pertain to her.  For the last few days, she's been posting this huge fabricated story about it being a scam and how she is blaming her step-father for it.  For the record, he wants nothing to do with her, and in fact, her own mother and him, disowned Emily.  They are not doing anything, it's all made up by Emily, the nut bar.  She's been posting huge rants, long winded videos, and spewing her normal hate at anyone and everyone.  Basically, Crazy Emily's normal behavior.  



Basically, Emily Rose is a display name someone used in Second Life. There is however, an actress by that name and a singer, as well. We also located a blogger who goes by that name, but all of these people have no relation or connection to the lunatic. I do want to point out, since she made this video about being laughed at, yeah, we are laughing at you Emily and it's because you are fully cognitive of the fact that you are being a wack job and we know it. See, over time, most of us learned to be able to tell when you are putting on one big fat act on, which is what you have been doing. You are trying to obscure the fact that you were accused and it is still believed that you are responsible for someone's suicide. Yeah, that has not gone away but I'm sure that this whole act you have been putting on, you were hoping that you could make that go away and people would forget what you did to that girl. You are a bully Emily, one that will someday have to answer for what you did and what you have done to so many people. Don't worry, we will continue to collect evidence against you, especially when you are putting on one of your fucking acts. Just so you are clear about this, I'm judging you, crunchy crotch...I am massively judging you for pestering Kirsten's mother, being an uncaring cunt and basically not giving a damn that the poor woman is grieving. Because she loves to delete things, I admit that I have gotten into a strong habit with her of screen capturing what she says or writes.  Over on Tumblr, she was busy for a bit and had quite a few posts going.  When checking today, I noticed that there is a number of posts missing from her, which shows she's cleaning up what she wrote and wants to hide things again.


This first one is the one taken a couple of days ago.  The following image is the one I just took today.  As you can see, there are a number of posts that are now missing on her Tumblr.  What are we hiding again Emily?

For the longest time, Emily has tried to claim she is part of the LGBTQ+ community.  For some reason, she believes that if she is included into that community, she's more influencial, has more "power", and more clout that will somehow help her bully people better.  She has attempted, on different occasions, to try to throw out tons of hashtags to the community and get people from there to attack the Dibney Cru and James.  Yeah, I know, the Trollorist will try to deny this but the repositories are chock full of examples of her doing exactly that.
She has also finally slipped and admitted that she is not bi or lesbian but has admitted that she is attracted to men.  What that means in this instance is that all the stories about her going after guys who were partnered or connected to someone is true and that her attempt at diverting attention/the truth from that fact, is now exposed by her admitting that she is not what she originally claimed.  Basically, she's been lying this entire time about being part of the LGBTQ+ community.
For the record, no one believed her for an instance and we all realized that the reason she was trying to claim this was for clout and to give herself an alibi to all the shit she had been doing.  












As for Emily's comment about trying everything once, over on the previous Disney forum, Emily even admitted that she has been with no one and she's a virgin completely. So another one of her lies there as well. Emily, you're busted again.

Found another piece of proof over on her Twitter. I highlighted what she says she's attracted to...to men. That's right, Emily is not bi, as she has previously claimed, she's not lesbian and she sure as hell is not panwhateverthehellword she is now making up.



**Side note** Emily LOVES to heavily rely on filters to make herself look different than what she appears in real life. She will post those heavily filtered photos everywhere and claims she just barely uses them. She tries to misrepresent her looks on places like Craigslist, Twitter, etc...that is a form of catfishing, in case you were wondering. Just like she misrepresented her age in Second life, was underage, according to her own words and was escorting with grown men at that time (once again, according to her very own words.)

I'm sitting here reading this thread that I managed to find even though I knew nothing about lolcow farm and had never heard of it until it was brought up on Reddit and her FB and just laughing my ass off. Poor James is being mistaken for Emily. But the hilarity comes from her not recognizing she is being trolled and then goes ballistic like she does when it does finally sink into her tiny pea brain.

Whoever GlitterSeaPrune is on Reddit is most likely the one since they also posted the exact same thing on Kiwifarms. I'm thinking it's someone who saw what's been going on on Reddit (and possibly one of her victims) and decided to jump on the bandwagon. I'm reasonably certain Emily didn't post those on either site. Syntax is all wrong among other things.

Anyway, Emily wanted her side of things spread around and someone is doing that for her. Only not in the way Emily intended. She was warned it would happen so it's not surprising it did. As usual she goes ballistic over crap that doesn't mean anything and has no real effect on her life. Problem is, without it, she has no life. Someone seems to be a bit peeved at Emily.

I just saw this and yeah, she really does have 16 emails, which are all banned from signing up here, so I can confirm that, along with the attacks she did over on that forum, as well. We all know she will lie and try to claim some lame story to cover up what she does but it doesn't change the fact that she did do it.

She just never seems to be able to help herself and lies about everything, doesn't she?  She's back to claiming that she didn't start this, that everyone else did and all she did was stand up for herself.  I know, she will keep on insisting that until she is blue in the face but I admit, I have to laugh at the amount of lies she loves to tell.  Now she is claiming that she never brought anyone up and never mentioned our names.  


I went through her FB really fast and double checked...low and behold, there were several of her posts still up there showing her mentioning OUR names, shit-talking, and lying about us.  The dates only go back a week but basically when she made that post claiming she did nothing wrong and that she doesn't bring us up, she was lying, just as she always does.  
After she created that bullshit post over on Reddit, guess who starts back up, bringing up MY name again.  Geesh Emily, people are going to seriously think you have a girly crush on me, with the amount of times you bring up my name.
















As for her comment about Blue Tiger, it not only is a known alias, it's a CONFIRMED alias of Emily's.  




I guess Emily forgot that she used that account, with that name, to harass someone from it.  This was a message that was sent to that person, from Emily and at the bottom of the message, it's signed "-Sam", just like she has done many times in the past.  Also, the word usage and sentence form..it's a solid give away that it's her.  We have seen waaaay too many messages and posts not to recognize her form of writing.

She's already back at it using EP 18 as an excuse to continue harassing people. She doesn't get the vid was posted automatically as soon as James ended it.

BTW Em, there is a such thing as back support that has to be paid regardless of the age of the child. If the state says Gary owes back child support he has to pay it, by law, or he goes to jail.

SAS, that is exactly right.  Regardless of age, if there is back support that is owed to the custodial parent, that has to be paid.  The "child" can be 30-years-old and if there is money still owed from when they were underage, that has to be paid.  

As for Emily breaking the deal and yes, she broke it in less than 12 hours after the deal was made, the forum and everything else is going back to being viewable.

Since you already captured it SAS, I'm not going to repost it but basically according to Emily, she's now claiming that James broke the deal because the video where she agreed to the deal, is up.  That video was automatically posted up and it gave answers to questions that he has covered in different videos in the past.  She knew the video was going to be posted when she made the deal and that was never included, since she was IN that video, during the livestream.  This is just Emily trying to use it as an excuse now.



On another note, in that live stream, count how many times she says, "In my defense...". Emily had an EXCUSE for everything and when she ran out of excuses, she flipped the subject. That is good ol Emily, trying to flip the script so she can control and manipulate the conversations.

The peace is totally broken now and she's back to her old tricks.  Her FB is once more a war zone of lies and bullshit, just like it was before.  She's ranting anywhere she can and while she is doing that, she's yelling that she's blocked everyone and how it's us keeping the drama going.  In the 4 days since my last post, it's been pretty quiet on our end, with no one really giving her any solid responses.  I have also noticed that the little coward is avoiding Reddit since her lies were exposed way too much over there already.  Emily is basically sticking to her blog, FB, and she's trying to build herself up as a domme in Findom.  I think it's that last part that makes me laugh the most, since she is basically a phony who only wants people to hand her money for doing nothing more than posting about her ugly feet. However, her posts over on Twitter are a direct violation of her conditions regarding her monthly income she gets from the government, since we all know that Emily has never told them about the fact that she IS WORKING.  Yup, that is classed as working and Emily has not reported it to her worker.  

Anyway, I regress and more to the point, she's lying her head off just like she normally does and is trying to cover up all the shit she does.  She claims she NEVER stalked anyone, which not only do we know is a lie, we have solid proof that is exactly what she HAS BEEN  DOING.  














The reality is, Emily can't stop and NEEDS the drama. She feeds off of it, which is why she keeps it going. Despite her claims to blocking people and ignoring them, she is still harassing and emailing Pigeonkicker, trying to get a response from him. She NEEDS that response, like a crack whore needs their next fix. Emily is ADDICTED to the drama and has been since she was a kid. In that last stream, where Emily joined in the conversation, it was apparent that she has been doing it for a very long time, all the way back to grade school, (it came out in the stream and was talked about), and without it, she is basically a no one that no one would really notice, something Emily is terrified off, I would guess. It's the real reason why no matter what is done or said, she will never stop. It's also the reason why Emily on the internet is something that really should end. Emily should have no ability to connect to the internet at all, in order to get her condition under control. The internet is something that is very negative and despite her claims that it's what is keeping her alive, I believe that it's her addiction to the internet that says that. Emily is ADDICTED to being on the internet and in my opinion, she should be signed up for a rehabilitation center, to get help with this addiction. It's like a drug to her and something that she needs to get help for.

And now I'm really laughing my ass off.  It came out quite some time ago that Emily does NOT like to wash.  She claims she has a fear of water and she has been known to go a month or months without washing.  I guess it got so bad at one point, her family had to hose her down, because the smell was that bad.  It has also been noticed in many of her videos the state of her hair and how grimy she looks.  When it is mentioned, she shows up suddenly with wet hair but the rest of her looks like a mess, so it was mentioned that sticking her head under the tap to wet her hair is not considered really washing.  That was brought up many months ago.  Emily, to this day, is still trying to claim that she cannot physically fit her head in THAT sink she is showing.  She scrolls back a little in the video, so I could see the real size of that sink.

SAS you are hitting ALL the nails on their heads here.  I have literally caught Emily twisting things around and she did understand what was said.  She cherry-picks things to pieces until she can find things to manipulate and turn around.  The way she does it, she is exposing the fact that she has been doing this for a long time.  Emily KNOWS that no one claimed she was going to be arrested, that we were just going to give the evidence to the police.  She's done this trick before, when it was mentioned that we were in touch with the police, in the past.  She started screaming then that she was not arrested, but no one said that was what was going to happen..just that we were going to give/straighten up the facts.  

The root of it is, Emily makes claims against things that were said or in most cases, not said, and then runs with it.  It's usually something she has been able to twist around into her favor or something she CAN prove, like her not being in Michigan.  Going back, James NEVER said she was in Michigan, just that there was a phone call and false police reports phoned into the police station.  You don't have to be in Michigan to make those phone calls.  In fact, we KNOW where Emily was during a few of them, because she said things on the old forum that correlate with the dates that the calls were made.  We KNOW she made them and Emily even stated that she made them.  

Here is an oldie but goodie, one that Emily even recently tried to lie and say she NEVER said this..oh but, I have the proof!  hahahaha
